The CustomerGauge pilot program typically takes place between 30 and 60 days but can vary depending on your business's capabilities.

What Type of Surveys Are Used?

Our best practice for pilot programs is to use a branded relationship survey with CPG industry driver questions.

How Many Languages Can I Use?

For a pilot, you have the option to send surveys out in 2 different languages.

How Many Markets Can I Cover?

For a pilot, you have the option to send surveys out to 2 different markets.

How Many BDRs Can I Have on the Pilot?

You have the opportunity to add up to 100 Account Managers, or Business Development Representatives. 

Do I Have to Upload Revenue?

Yes, it is a best practice that we recommend to all pilots that revenue should be integrated into your experience data.

Do I Need Customer Data Upfront?

No, you do not need to have customer data readily available. For example, Cola-Cola Japan Bottlers did not have any data and we collected emails using their frontline team.
